• Assist new client/patients with their mental health benefits and insurance coverage.
• Work with both client/patients and the clinical staff to ensure that insurance verifications and authorizations are in place.
• Consult with client/patients regarding their insurance questions.

Prior to a Consultation, please provide the following information:

• Name, Address, City, State and Phone # of both the Client/Patient AND the Insured Person listed on the policy.
• Birthday of both the Client/Patient AND the Insured Person.
• The Social Security Number of the Insured Person.
• A copy of the front and back of the insurance card.
